Words are the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback wants to ‘reconcile’ with his supermodel wife amid their alleged ‘serious disagreement’ over his decision to return to NFL.
AceShowbiz –Tom Brady definitely needs support from Gisele Bundchen. If a new report is to be believed, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback hopes his wife attends his team’s home opener despite their alleged marital issues.
Page Six reported on Tuesday, September 20 that the seven-time champion wants his model wife to “attend the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ first home game of the season against the Green Bay Packers” on Sunday, September 25 despite “their marriage woes over his decision to un-retire.”
A source said, “Gisele mostly only attends home games. Tom and his team are hopeful she will be back in the family box with their kids for the Packers game this Sunday.” The insider continued, “Gisele has left Tom in the past during arguments but always returned once things cooled down. They are talking, but mostly about the kids at the moment. But Tom hopes they will reconcile.”
On Monday, Tom confessed that he let his emotions take him over during the Sunday, September 18 game against the New Orleans Saints. Speaking on SiriusXM, the NFL star admitted, “I’ve got to be really mindful of that going forward and getting my emotions in a good place, so it allows me to be the best player I can be.”
“Remaining poised is really important too which I didn’t do a very good job of that yesterday,” Tom added. “I think there’s an importance where you can become too overly emotional, which I definitely think I was yesterday, and I’ve got to find a better place to be at, so I can be at a better place for my teammates.”
The confession came after Tom was caught throwing an iPad in frustration during the “ugly” game. Later, the athlete apologized for his emotional outburst. “Sorry for breaking that tablet,” he said in a video he shared on his social media platforms. “I think that’s going to be another Twitter meme or something like that.”
Apparently, Tom has had tough weeks. He allegedly “knows that this is his last season” in the NFL “if he wants to stay married” to Gisele, who wants him to be “more present” for the kids. While it’s reported that his marriage is not “over by any means,” the athlete knows he will have to retire permanently after this season to smooth over any alleged marital issues.
Amid the rumored rift between the married couple, Gisele was seen crying on the phone during a recent New York City outing. While walking along Hudson River Park, near the Tribeca apartment she shares with her husband, on Wednesday, September 14, the Brazilian supermodel was caught wiping away her tears.
