Back in September 2022, Cara Delevingne went viral after paparazzi pictures showed her disheveled, barefoot, smoking and hanging out the back of an SUV. Those pictures caused her embarrassment and shame, she told Vogue for its newest cover story, but those images may have also saved her life, as she checked herself into rehab shortly after. “I hadn’t slept. I was not okay,” she said of the photos, which were taken shortly after she returned from the Burning Man festival. “It’s heartbreaking because I thought I was having fun, but at some point it was like, okay, I don’t look well. You know, sometimes you need a reality check, so in a way those pictures were something to be grateful for.” Friends, it seemed, were worried about the “Only Murders In The Building” star around this time. On the heels of the snaps, Margot Robbie was famously pictured looking distraught after leaving Cara’s home. The model-turned-actress eventually embarked on a thorough 12-step program. “Before I was always into the quick fix of healing, going to a weeklong retreat or to a course for trauma, say, and that helped for a minute, but it didn’t ever really get to the nitty-gritty, the deeper stuff,” she told the magazine. “This time I realized that 12-step treatment was the best thing, and it was about not being ashamed of that. The community made a huge difference. The opposite of addiction is connection, and I really found that in 12-step.”

Legal issue
Bam Margera is in trouble yet again. The former MTV star was arrested last week for domestic violence in San Diego, Calif., after a woman claimed he kicked her. Bam was booked into the Vista Detention Facility on a charge of corporal injury on a current or former spouse, cohabitant, dating partner or fellow parent, TMZ reported on Tuesday, March 7. One day after his arrest, Bam posted the $50,000 bail and was released from custody. Police records indicated the alleged victim referred to herself as Bam’s “wife,” but TMZ said the woman was the prankster’s girlfriend, not his estranged wife, Nikki Boyd. No formal charges have been filed. Over the years, Bam has been in and out of rehab, and Priscilla Presley even recently accused him of lying over his alleged Elvis property.

Affair mea culpa
The real-life drama surrounding the cast of “Vanderpump Rules” is probably better than the on-screen theatrics. With the Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss cheating scandal fresh on everyone’s mind, the duo has confirmed the infidelity. “I want to apologize for my actions and my choices, foremost to Ariana [Madix] and to my friends and the fans so invested in our relationships,” she told “Entertainment Tonight” on March 8. “There is no excuse. I am not a victim, and I must own my actions, and I deeply regret hurting Ariana.” Raquel also said she has an “addiction to love.” Tom also issued a lengthy apology to his now ex. “I want to apologize to Ariana. I made mistakes, I was selfish, and made reckless decisions that hurt somebody I love. No one deserves to feel that pain so traumatically and publicly,” he wrote via Instagram early Wednesday. Around the same as the apologies, Raquel filed a restraining order against co-star Scheana Shay following an argument. Similarly, Raquel said she’s been a victim of assault and death threats in the wake of the scandal. Then, on March 8, pictures emerged of Raquel at one of Tom’s concerts months ago (no other cast members were there.) Amidst this, “Vanderpump” star Lala Kent said Ariana “is moving with the motion of the ocean.”

Save the gowns!
Well, this can’t be good. While in the heart of Oscars preparation, a pipe burst in Christian Siriano’s studio and a few dresses were damaged. “Well it’s 6 days before the Oscar’s and a pipe burst in our studio yay happy Monday to us! Ughghghg,” he wrote on Instagram March 6 alongside a video showing the damaged office. “THE WORST EVER!” Christian did not say who he is dressing for the Academy Awards, nor do we know if the damaged gowns were going to make a red carpet appearance on Sunday. After the flood, the former “Project Runway” winner noted that only one room in his studio had power. He also lost Internet due to the water damage. One day after detailing the damage, Christian began the hashtag “Save The Gowns.” The Oscars celebrates drama, but not like this!
NDA drama
Tiger Woods’ ex-girlfriend wants to be able to speak freely. Erica Herman, who dated the golf great for six years, claims Tiger made her sign an NDA to keep her from speaking about the him, and she’s filed legal documents to end it, TMZ reports. In her effort to terminate the NDA, Erica argues that the document should be declared unenforceable under the federal Speak Out Act, which prohibits the enforceability of an NDA if there’s evidence of sexual assault or harassment. Tiger and Erica have not announced a break up, but it’s pretty clear that has occurred.
Basic confession
Sharon Stone’s 1992 Golden Globe-nominated role in “Basic Instinct” was celebrated by some, but clearly not all. The actress told the iHeartPodcast “Table for Two with Bruce Bozzi” that she lost custody of her son Roan in the early 2000s because of that film. In fact, she remembers the judge in the case asking her young son, “Do you know your mother makes sex movies?” Sharon said. She continued, “Like, this kind of abuse by the system, because I made that movie.” At the time, 30 years ago, the film was risqué. These days, it might not even be a blip on the decency radar. “People are walking around with no clothes on at all on regular TV now and you saw maybe like a sixteenth of a second of possible nudity of me – and I lost custody of my child,” the “Casino” star said. Soon after, she was headed to the hospital. “I ended up in the Mayo Clinic with extra heartbeats in the upper and lower chambers of my heart… it broke my heart,” she said of the custody loss.
