MEGHAN Markle and Prince Harry finally reunited with the Royal Family – standing side by side with the Firm after years of rift rumours, explosive interviews and back-and-forth statements.
But despite remaining in the UK for the Queen's funeral to mourn with King Charles, questions over the couple's future remain.
And now, two jaw-dropping new books have made a catalogue of claims about Megxit – with it unclear if the rifts will ever be forgotten for the couple to return to the fold.
In one, Courtiers: the Hidden Power Behind the Crown by Times reporter Valentine Low has penned allegations of bullying on the Sussexes.
Explosive claims include Meghan and Harry "screaming" down the phone" every ten minutes at an aide.
And The New Royals, the latest book from Royal insider Katie Nicholl, explores the relationships between the Sussexes, Wales's and King Charles amid Megxit.
In it, the Vanity Fair royal editor suggests The Queen was deeply "hurt" by Harry and Meghan's departure from the Royal Family – with the Queen claimed to have said: "I don’t know, I don’t care, and I don’t want to think about it anymore.”
The Sussexes began Royal duties following their May 2018 wedding.

But they left The Firm in an extraordinary exit in January 2020 for a new life in California.
Having put on a united front for The Queen's funeral – and with experts suggesting a reconciliation on the horizon – where do the Sussexes go from here?
CHARLES AND HARRY
The King offered his son an olive branch when he let Harry wear his military uniform for a Royal Family vigil around The Queen's coffin in Westminster Hall.
It was the only time Prince Harry – and Prince Andrew – were allowed to wear their uniforms, having been banned following their respective title strips.

Charles also expressed his love in a touching message to Harry and Meghan following the death of his "beloved mama" The Queen.
But it is unclear whether Prince Harry and Meghan will rekindle their shattered relationship with Charles – having claimed The King cut them off financially when they left the firm.
SECURITY ROW
When the Sussexes left the Royal Family – they lost their taxpayer funded police protection.
The California-based duo now fund their own security detail stateside.
But Harry has demanded he gets protection when back in the UK – claiming he is a major target and fears for the life of his kids.
The Duke is currently embroiled in a court case with the Home Office who withdrew his police protection following Megxit.
He insists he is happy to pay for the taxpayer funded security detail himself.
THE MATTER OF TITLES
Harry and Meghan previously complained their children had not been given the titles Prince and Princess.
In an interview with Oprah, the couple said they had wanted the titles to have the corresponding security.
And while it was reported on the death of the Queen that Archie and Lilibet would automatically become Prince and Princess as the grandchildren of the King, it is still yet to be confirmed.
It was even today reported by The Times Charles is yet to decide if Archie and Lilibet will be able to use their titles – a decision that reportedly left Harry and Meghan furious.
Under protocols established by King George V, The Queen's grandfather, the children and grandchildren of a sovereign have the automatic right to the title HRH and prince or princess.
HARRY'S BOOK
A bombshell memoir promising to tell an "accurate and wholly truthful" story of the Prince's life is due out later this year.
The Prince previously said he is “excited for people to read a first-hand account of my life".
And it is expected to unleash yet another volley of attacks and allegations on the Royal Family.
But The Sun on Sunday reported Prince Harry is now "desperately making last-minute changes" to the £17m "explosive" memoir following his grandmother's death.
NETFLIX
When the pair left the Royal Family in January 2020, they embarked on a series of multi-million pound commercial megadeals with Netflix and Spotify through their production firm Archewell.
One project reportedly has them filming an "at home with the Sussexes"-style docuseries.
US reports claim the couple have welcomed cameras into their £11million Montecito mansion to film candid content, as the Kardashians did for their fly-on-the-wall show.
Meghan saw her Netflix show 'Pearl' – a cartoon of a little girl who explores powerful women from history – pulled amid money cuts.
She was meant to produce the show.
Meghan narrated a nature documentary about elephants for Discovery Plus last year.
MEGHAN'S DAD
Meghan's dad Thomas Markle has not seen his daughter in years and never met his own grandchildren Archie, three, and Lilibet, one.
He famously did not attend the May 2018 wedding after suffering a heart attack.
The Duchess of Sussex was left furious after Thomas staged photos – which showed him reading books about England – to get Meghan and Harry's attention before the wedding.

Her Majesty allegedly thought Meghan should have repaired her relationship with Thomas before the wedding, and she wanted Harry to meet his father-in-law – he is yet to meet him to this day.
Speaking on behalf of his poorly dad to The Sunday Mirror, half brother Thomas Jr, 56, told Meghan: “You didn’t call him for his heart attacks or stroke, but it’s never too late.”
UK RETURN
The attendance of Prince Harry and Meghan at The Queen's funeral sparked speculation over a possible return to the UK.
The duo stayed at Frogmore Cottage in the grounds of Windsor Castle when they were over.
The five-bed cottage – a gift from Then Queen – is a stones throw from William and Kate's bolthole Adelaide Cottage.

The Sussexes moved into the home in April 2019, a month before eldest son Archie was born and sparked fury when they blew £2.4 million refurbishing the abode.
