A TINY home dweller has shared some advice for those considering an off-grid lifestyle.
The TikToker, who lives in a converted truck, revealed the day-to-day aspects that initially surprised her.
In her video, Yaz (@littlesthoboyaz) explained: "I live in a giant horsebox with my partner and stepson."
Before moving in with her family, she lived by herself in a converted van.
"There was a lot about van life that shook me, now like I said I’d never change it, but I do think it can be very glamorized on social media," Yaz said.
She addressed some of the features of the lifestyle that she had to learn to adapt to.
"It isn’t the normal day-to-day, you’re not walking into a house with constant running water, dependent on where you’re set-up," she said.
Yaz also revealed that heating can sometimes be an issue, especially with unreliable gas heaters.
She explained to her followers that she never knew the extent of the differences between traditional homes and those that are off-grid.
In another video, Yaz gave her audience a glimpse inside her unique home.

The converted truck featured a small loft space for Yaz's stepson as well as a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
Yaz revealed that she and her partner convert the living space into their bedroom each night with a sofa bed.
The outdoor of the truck includes a small deck area, which her partner closed off for their puppy.
The couple also built an office space in a small shed behind the truck for Yaz to work in.
Her followers took to the comments section of her clips to share their thoughts on her lifestyle.
"I would literally love this life, amazing," wrote one impressed viewer.
Another TikTok user said: "Great couple, you both live a great life, your parents must be so proud."
"Aww this is so lovely," commented a third person.
