ANY homeowner will know just how expensive it can be to renovate – no matter what room in your house.
But one savvy DIY whizz named Rebecca Page has proven that you haven't got to fork out a small fortune to make a huge difference – as she transformed her kitchen using a bargain buy from Amazon.
And the best part of all? It cost just £27.
In a clip posted to TikTok (@rebeccajpage1), Rebecca begins by explaining: "I'm sick of not having my dream home.
"I dream of buying a big old place – one that needs total restoration that I get to do one room at a time and learning DIY skills as we go.
"But it's been 10 years now and we still don't have that house – maybe we'll get to buy it one day, I don't know, but I'm sick of setting the same old goal every year to buy the house and we never do."

Quick and easy to use, they feature a realistic tile effect with raised 3D texture and are the perfect solution for anyone looking to get rid of complicated processes and tools.
There's no grout or glue required, meaning you can transform your kitchen in an instant – with no mess.
The stick and peel tiles are also waterproof and heat resistant and can be applied to any smooth and flat surfaces – including smooth wall, glass, wood, plastic, wallpaper, tile or metal.
And it's fair to say, the kitchen now looks almost unrecognisable – so it's little wonder that Rebecca was delighted with the results.
Alongside the video, she penned: "I still love these tiles!!
"They've definitely yellowed a bit, but otherwise held up so well!!"
The post has since gone viral, racking up a whopping 673k views and several comments from very impressed social media users.
"We literally have the same kitchen – I love the peel and stick!" enthused one.
A second praised: "Looks amazing!"
