IT can be hard to get fake tan looking perfect, especially when it comes to doing your back.
One woman who lives alone has revealed her very simple trick to getting a flawless tan all over her body without needing a partner to help out.
TikTok user Sophie Anne Smith, who posts under @sophieannesmithx, uploaded a video showing how the essential item you need is a coat hanger.
She showed how she puts her tanning mitt over the end and then puts the tanning mousse on top.
This means it is easy for her to tan the hard-to-reach areas.
Sophie wrote: “That one time I listened to a TT life hack.”
