A MOM has revealed the mouthwatering pizza recipe that she ate throughout her 100-pound weight loss.

She held up a slice that was oozing cheese as she admitted that one piece is never enough when she’s hungry. 


Ilana Muhlstein (@nutritionbabe) boasts over 2 million followers on TikTok, where she shares the foods that help her to stay slim.

The mom-of-three took to the social media platform to reveal how she makes a low-calorie pizza.

The text over the video read: “Dietitian lost 100 pounds, how I volume eat.”

She held up the huge homemade pizza before comparing it to a slice from a regular takeaway pizza.

She said: “Can you believe this entire pizza has 260 calories?

“And this slice has over 300. I don’t know about you but if I’m hungry one slice is not going to cut it.

“That’s not to say that I don’t love some good Italian pizza.

“But I’m an eater and when I’m hungry I know that I need to eat a good amount of protein to help me stay full and satisfied.”

Ilana poured her homemade dough onto a sheet of baking paper and seasoned it with herbs and spices.

She then covered the dough with a large spoonful of tomato sauce and sprinkled grated cheese on top. 

She captioned the post: “Everyone needs to find their best eating style, this way works for me.”

Over 308,000 people liked the video and flooded the comment section with requests for her to share the recipe in detail.

Ilana revealed how she made the dough in a follow-up post.

Ingredients include four fresh egg whites – or three-quarters of a cup of liquid egg whites, and two and a half teaspoons of cornstarch.

She said: “Start with a large glass bowl and get the freshest egg whites that you can get your hands on.

“You can use a carton but make sure that it’s a fresh carton.

“Then use an electric beater to turn it into a large foam cloud and then add the corn starch and do it again.

“Once it looks good you’ll spread it onto a non-stick baking sheet.

“Make it a circle if you want to make a pizza or burrito and bake for 23 minutes. 

“Let it cool for three minutes before adding your toppings.”

She added in the caption: “Top with your favorite pizza sauce and cheese.”

The post quickly racked up thousands of likes and commenters thanked her for sharing the simple recipe.

One person commented: “I just made this and it actually slaps.”
