I make my hubby wear sale clothes just so I can wear posh outfits with my kids – trolls say that's taking advantage | The Sun

A MUM has revealed her partner's wardrobe consists of old sale bargains just to make sure she and their kids can rock posh designer gear.

Fashionista Katherine Rigge Humphrey, believed to be from the US, took to Instagram to share the family wardrobe situation, where the hubby doesn't buy luxe clothing.

According to the stylish parent, it's only Katherine and her daughters whose garments include branded gym gear and golden jewellery.

Meanwhile, her partner will leave the home in price-cut garments from a sale from almost five years ago.

This, Katherine revealed in a video, is so he could afford to pay for their wardrobes.

''When he wears clearance clothes from four years ago, so he can put us in Nike sweatshirts, Lululemon belt bags and gold hoops.''

All chuffed with the arrangement, Katherine and her daughters also demonstrated some of the goodies they'd managed to get their hands on.

On average, a Nike sweatshirt will set you back by around £50 to an eye-watering £70, whilst a bet bag by the luxe sportswear brand Lululemon ranges from £38 to almost £80.

However, the clip soon left social media users furious, as they raced to comments to slam Katherine.

One said: ''And that’s being taking advantage of.''
