A BRIDE left supermarket staff stunned after sneaking out of her own wedding to pick up a change of clothes.
Kirsty Frew, 27, popped into Asda's Grangemouth store in Falkirkwearing her floor-length white dress on August 19.
Just hours earlier, she'd tied the knot with her new wife Jasmine, 26, at Grange Manor Hotel – a five-minute drive from the supermarket.
The cleaning supervisor had managed the wedding ceremony, meal and first dance in her embellished dress but got fed up tripping over it while trying to enjoy the reception with her 80 guests.
The mum of two, from Camelon, said: "My dress was starting to get a bit heavy and I hadn't brought spare clothes with me.
"I didn't want to go all the way back home, it would have been 15 minutes there and back so I would have been away half an hour at least.
"So I thought I'll just pop out to Asda five minutes away, and hoped nobody would notice."
She quickly grabbed a checked shirt, jeans and a bra for £43 and rejoined her loved ones after a quick outfit change in the toilets.
And she revealed Asda workers were delighted with her 10pm supermarket dash.
She said: "I was just stood at the till and the lady at the checkout was like 'oh my God this is the first time I've ever seen a bride in Asda, can I take a few photos?'.

"She also took a picture of my shoes, she really liked them as well.
"I was in with my father-in-law at the time, he was just laughing.
"There were police standing around too, they were killing themselves laughing. They couldn't believe it.
"They said they'd never seen a bride come to Asda just for clothes, to go all the way back to their wedding.
"I got a pair of jeans and a shirt. I also had to pick up a bra because I couldn't wear one with my dress. It cost me £43 in total.
"I already had my Converse, so I was just looking for something to go with them really."
And while Jasmine was aware of Kirsty's plans, their guests were none the wiser.
"Nobody at the actual wedding actually noticed that I'd left", she laughed.
"When I came back everybody was like where did you get your clothes from? They were shocked I'd been away to Asda to get changed.
"A lot of them had expected me to be in my dress the whole night but I'd got sick of tripping over it.
