These envious trips – during which he often spends more than $30,000-a-night partying – are all documented on social media for the world to see.

All this is a far cry from his high school days when he was picked on for being different and branded a “weirdo loser” because of his constant daydreaming.

He told The Sun Online: “They say revenge is a dish served cold but I prefer it in a hot tub next to a sandy beach and surrounded by beautiful women.

“People I went to high school with can’t believe what I’ve done.

"They always thought I’d end up working some crappy 9-5 at best, at worst they’d see me begging on the streets.

“More fool them and flaunting the incredible lifestyle my hard work has afforded me is just my way of reminding them how wrong they were.

“I wouldn’t describe it as flexing or trying to impress others, but rather that my content serves to impress upon others what is possible.

“The reality is at this point I’ve got nothing to prove, I just want to show others that not doing well at school doesn’t condemn you to be a loser.”

Josh was never academic and scraped a place studying pre-medicine and business at the University of California Irvine in 2016.

A lot of my teachers viewed me as this stupid ADHD loser kid that talked too much who couldn’t sit still long enough to learn anything

He managed to “endure” a full semester getting Ds, Fs & one single B in his business class before he finally threw caution to the wind and dropped out with a GPA of 1.1.

Josh blames his low grades on never opening a textbook and guessing all the answers to tests.

Instead of studying, he was more interested in building his personal brand “JetSetFly” and partying with friends.

In late 2016 the e-commerce trend was emerging and allowed Josh to sell products online for a profit with very low set-up costs because he never had to buy stock he had not already sold.

As its popularity exploded in 2018, he quickly began making $100,000 dollars a week.

And with all that – he became a millionaire at the young age of 20, getting the last laugh on his all his doubters.

He has since branched out into social media, cryptocurrency, inspirational speaking and even founded online publication NFTmagazine.com – amassing a personal fortune of more than $20m.

Josh, who now lives in a multi-million dollar three-story beach mansion in Orange County, said that his decision to drop out of college was “welcomed and mocked” in equal measure by some of his teachers.

Reflecting on his journey, he said: “I attribute a lot of my success to my decision to drop out of college and pursue a career.

“A lot of my teachers viewed me as this stupid ADHD loser kid that talked too much who couldn’t sit still long enough to learn anything. Now every time I talk I make money.

“So in many ways they were quite pleased I was quitting because they thought I would never finish the course.

“To an extent that was true because mainstream education never suited my personality.

“I’m just not wired to silently concentrate for hours on a dry subject or concept. It is something that has never appealed to me and no matter how hard I tried was never going to happen.

“They see being academic as essential and if you’re not that way inclined, then you’re a worthless loser.

“I was always going to prove them wrong – I just never knew how soon.

"Today I now realize it’s not about proving others wrong, it’s about proving myself right and showing others they can do the same”
