BEING a labour nurse or midwife can be a beautiful job.
But one labour nurse has revealed some of the horrific things that happen in the delivery room.
Taking to TikTok, Anna The Nurse revealed some of the worst things she's seen and heard dads do.
She regularly shares a video series detailing the worst things she has had to see while their partners are in labour.
In one such video, the nurse said that one dad joked it was 'time to get back to the gym,” when the placenta wasn’t even delivered yet.
Another dad said: “I don’t want her to get an epidural,” while another asked the nurse, “Do you think she’s being dramatic?”

Others have flat out refused to change their child's nappy, while some were napping while their partners were in labour.
And some were so bored that they started to play their Xbox.
Some of the other comments dads have made while Anna was in the room are shocking.
One asked: “When can we have sex again?”

“Can they throw in an extra stitch for me,” another inquired and “I wish she would make that noise for me."
Anna has also had to deliver babies with the father absent and revealed one dad missed the birth of his son because he wanted fast food.
She said; "I had a patient and I thought she was going to go fast.
“I told [the dad] I had a feeling, but he told me he didn’t like hospital and he went to get fast food. He missed the birth of his child.”
But it's not all bad news as Anna revealed some of the sweet things dads have said to their partners too.
One said: “I wish I could take the pain away from you,” while another reassured his partner: “I’m here. I won’t leave you.”
Viewers were left stunned by some of the scenarios Anna has seen.
One wrote: "Those men are not it."
