MANY shoppers have experienced the disappointment of ordering something online – only for the real thing to look completely different once it arrives.
But one midsize fashion fan named Liv, who posts under the acronym @livvlouisee, was left in shock when her top from Pretty Little Thing turned up – and was the size of a flannel.
Liv posted a video to TikTok where she's seen reviewing the size of the £14 'Cream Ribbed Knit Bust Detail Bandeou Top.'
She explains: "When you order a cute bandeau top but it shows up as the size of a flannel you wash your face with."
The fashion enthusiast captioned the post: "To say I was surprised, and even more surprised at how much it stretched."
In a second video, Liv's seen trying on the top in question with the matching £22 'Cream Ribbed Knit Wide Leg Trousers.'

The initial post has since racked up a whopping 355,000 views and been flooded with comments from social media users.
"I thought that was a pad at first," joked one.

However, others who watched the try-on video were just as shocked as Liv by how much it stretched.

Still, Liv wasn't completely convinced by the top and admitted: "Material is super comfy.
"The top definitely stretches but not sure on the shape of it. Maybe if I size up in the top it might look better but right now it just looks too stretched out."
