A PROFESSIONAL bra fitter has revealed the five clear signs that suggest it's time to invest in a new bra.

Bra expert Nicola Crook took to TikTok and shared a short informative video aimed at women struggling with discomfort or pain caused by ill-fitting bras.

In the helpful clip, which has since racked up an impressive 1.9 million views, she lists the main things to look out for.

Firstly, she notes that a new bra is in order if "the back rides up."

Next, Nicola highlights other signs – including the centre gore not sitting on the chest wall, along with spilling over the side and front of the cup.

And finally she warns that "gaping at the top of the cup" and "wires digging in" are other indicators.
