AMID the cost of living crisis, we're all looking for ways to save money and reduce waste.
And one woman has revealed how she comes up with different ways to make use of her food waste – including turning her potato peelings into the most incredible crisps.
Cat took to her Curly's Cooking page on TikTok to share the recipe, as she explained: "Instead of throwing away your potato peelings, how about making my air fryer potato peel crisps?
"They’re so delicious."
Simply take the peelings, add them to a bowl and add a splash of olive oil and some sea salt.
"You can add lots more flavours but I’m just keeping these super simple," Cat added.
