OPT FOR A NEW HEADBOARD
If you're looking for a way to instantly upgrade the look of your bedroom, a new headboard may just be the trick, according to Time4Sleep bed specialist, Jonathan Warren.
He said: “There’s no need to invest in a completely new bed and bedframe to achieve limitless luxe in your bedroom, upgrading your headboard can have a big impact on transforming the often-overlooked decorative furniture piece."

DECORATE YOUR UTILITY ROOM
Everyone has that room in their home that doubles as a storage closet, but that doesn't mean it can't take on a luxe style.
Kate Salmon, a buyer at Oliver Bonas, suggested that small decorative touches to your utility room can make a large impact.
She said: “Decant cleaning products into decorative storage tins, baskets, and bottles, they'll be sure to brighten up any shelf or cupboard.

ADD HOTEL-LIKE TOUCHES TO YOUR BED
Hotel beds are known for being luxurious and cloud-like, and luckily, it's easy to recreate that feeling at home.
Lucy Ackroyd, head of design at Christy, said it's all about the pillows and cushions when it comes to creating a hotel-like bed.
"On a double bed, go for two pillows on each side and invest in a couple of pillow shams to match your bedding," she suggested.
Additionally, you'll want between three and six decorative cushions plus a throw blanket for that 5-star hotel look.
A set of throw pillows, including the inserts, will only cost you $16.99 and are available in over 25 colors, making it easy to match your bedding.
You can also try the "hospital-corner" trick to make your bedroom feel like a luxury hotel.
DON'T FORGET ABOUT YOUR POWDER ROOM
Your powder room or guest bathroom may be an afterthought in terms of decorating, but it's easy to create an expensive-looking style.
Salmon said a few special touches in the bathroom can go a long way.
She explained: “No matter how small the room, adding a plant (real or fake) will give it a boost of greenery, sure to look good with any decor. "
Fortunately, a two-pack of artificial potted plants will only cost you $15.99.
Salmon added: "Stylish soap dispensers and a fragrant diffuser will turn your bathroom into a heavenly sanctuary you just won't want to leave.”
TAKE BACK OVER YOUR DINING ROOM
Dining rooms often get taken over to make way for a home office or study space for kids, but reclaiming its true purpose will bring that luxe feel back into your home, said Spode's Head of Brands, Andrea Waters.
She explained: “One way to keep your table looking glam 24/7 is to keep your table set and looking beautiful all the time; this way it won’t get filled with clutter!"
Set your dining room table with your favorite plate ware, placemats, and centerpiece for an expensive look.
Luckily, a six-piece set of luxurious placemats will only set you back $14.98.
TOUCH-UP YOUR ENTRANCE
Your entrance may also be a forgotten area in order to focus on larger rooms of your home.
But if you're trying to achieve a rich look, your home's entrance should not be neglected.
Amy Wilson, interior designer for 247 Curtains suggested adding an oversized light to the space and explained: "Not only will this help give the illusion of a larger space, but also leave the room feeling full of grandeur and luxury."
She also recommended switching up the paint style of your walls and adding in accessories such as a large mirror or plant.
Decorative mirrors can be found for as low as $25.99 at Walmart.
ADD METALLIC TOUCHES
Metallic finishes can certainly elevate any space in your home, and thankfully, they are a relatively cheap addition, according to Paul McFadyen, metals expert at metals4U.
“Metal sheets are reasonably inexpensive but can really upscale the look of a home," he said.
"Adding them to any edges or unfinished surfaces that would ordinarily look quite plain helps to create something really visually appealing."
If you're ready to take on the DIY project, copper sheets are only $12.99 on Amazon.
TURN ANY NOOKS INTO STATEMENT DISPLAYS
Sometimes homes can contain small awkward nooks, but instead of looking at those as dead spaces, you should make the most of them.
Sam Hood, co-founder of AMARA, recommended using nooks as a way to display any impressive or sentimental knick-knacks.
She explained: “Fitting the space with wall-mounted shelving, or a bookshelf if you have more space, gives you the perfect place to curate your own luxurious display to showcase your favorite ornaments and accessories, keepsakes, or sentimental photos.
"These can be paired with houseplants to create a natural-looking, living display."
A set of wall-mounted shelves will only run you $15 at Target, making it a cheap way to display your favorite items.
CHOOSE SOPHISTICATED STORAGE SPACES
Storage space is essential for every home, but it should stay organized and decorated to achieve a luxurious look.
Warren explained: “To incorporate the limitless luxe trend to your storage, line your storage bed or storage boxes with wallpaper that matches what you have in your bedroom, or a wallpaper that is complementary to your bedroom’s color and theme."
Additionally, you can opt for a pro organizer's favorite $7.99 solution that makes your bedroom way less cluttered.
CHOOSE HERRINGBONE FLOORING
If you're still deciding on flooring styles, Carolina Hansson, Head of Design at Luxury Flooring & Furnishings, recommended herringbone flooring as a way to elevate small spaces.
"Not only can this type of flooring create the illusion of a bigger room, [but] it’s also easy to style," she said.
