WITH Kate Middleton and Prince William for parents – little Prince Louis is already winning at life.

But as expected, it turns out that the youngest of the Wales clan has an extremely lavish lifestyle too. 

From a £7k-a-termschool to £8k birthday gifts, the adorable five-year-old – who has won legions of fans for his cheeky antics at public events – knows how to live the high life.

It's reported that Prince Harry spent a rather princely sum of £8,000 on a very special present for little Louis' christening, and the gift had touching links to Diana, too.

The Princess was known to be a passionate collector of first edition books and so, for Prince Louis' big day, Uncle Harry is said to have purchased a first edition copy of A.A Milne's Winnie the Pooh from 1926.

A sourced revealed to The Mirror: "One of Harry's happiest childhood memories was being read a bedtime story by his mother. 

“She loved all the old classics and Harry had the brilliant idea of starting a little library of first editions for Louis, Charlotte and George to enjoy as they get older.

"He originally wanted to get Lewis Carroll's Through The Looking Glass, which was on sale for £24,000, but decided Winnie The Pooh would be more suitable for a first time.”

On the ball: Limited-edition Stan Smith trainers

Not only did Louis receive a lavish gift from Harry, but he was also given a pair of signed trainers from a tennis champion.

Back in 2019, whilst Kate was watching a men's final at Wimbledon, she was handed an incredible gift to give to Louis.

The Grand Slam champion was none other than tennis player turned trainer designer Stan Smith – and he handed Kate a mini pair of his iconic Adidas trainers. 

Not only that, but he had personalised the kicks with a message written in gold pen reading: "To Louis" alongside his signature.

Ingrid hailed the shoes as "priceless."

Party time: Adventure-themed birthday

Louis recently turned five and of course, his parents went all out for his birthday party. 

William and Kate celebrated Louis’ big day with lots of zeal and excitement and an insider revealed all to Us Weekly on Louis' big soiree.

The source explained: “Kate has organised a fun adventure-themed birthday party with all his school friends to celebrate the milestone, and she and William are also doing something family-orientated.

“They always make birthdays special for their children and go the extra mile!”

After the big bash, the source reported that the party had "cakes and sandwiches for guests, as well as plenty of balloon decorations” and an entertainer was also on-hand "to dazzle partygoers."

It’s no surprise that Louis was given a party to remember, as the source also noted that Kate seems to have a special fondness for her youngest.

The source claimed: “Kate and Louis have an unbreakable bond and she has such a soft spot for him.”

Hol lot of fun: Five-star jetsetter

He may only be five, but Prince Louis has already visited the luxury private island of Mustique in the Caribbean at least twice.

Kate and her side of the family are big fans of the swanky destination, and checked in for George's sixth birthday, reportedly staying in a £27,000-a-week villa.

The property was said to boast a full team of staff including a butler, chef, housekeeper and gardener, as well as its own pool and luxury garden.

A royal source told Fabulous: “It is incredibly private and incredibly discreet but not remote. They know and trust the staff who work there and they are creatures of habit.”

The 1,400-acre island, which is part of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, has hosted a number of royal and A-lister holidaymakers over the years from Princess Margaret to Mick Jagger.

The family have also taken Louis – along with George and Charlotte – skiing to the posh resort Courchevel, France.

Style icon: Designer wardrobe

With all eyes on the royal when he’s out in public and style icon Kate for his mum, it’s not surprising Prince Louis has an enviable wardrobe.

The beloved tot is often spotted in items from upmarket brands like Amaia, Lallie London and Trotters, where a pair of black toddler shoes retails for £60.

One thing you can often bank on is Prince Louis wearing shorts, and there is a reason why.

Etiquette expert William Hanson explained that trousers are considered too “middle class and suburban” for the elite.

William said the dress code harks back to historic traditions that state "shorts are for little boys, trousers are for men".

We have seen Prince Louis wearing trousers at King Charles’ coronation in May, but it is a rare occurrence.

Oh baby: £7.k-a-night luxury birthing suite

Louis was born, like his siblings, at St Mary's, in London – and he certainly entered the world in style, being born at the £7.5k-a-night Lindo Wing.

The hospital offers luxury maternity services and according to The Telegraph's Karen Yossman who, like Kate Middleton, gave birth at the hospital, "each new mother [is] ensconced in her own en-suite room equipped with high-speed internet, radio, safe, fridge and television." 

And forget boring hospital-grade food, as the Lindo Wing "boasts its own dedicated kitchen and sends round a waiter" for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and serves afternoon tea on "a three-tiered china cake stand."

House proud: Impressive mansion

Not only was he born at a fancy hospital, but luckily for Louis, he returned to a posh pad too.

The Prince and Princess of Wales recently moved from Kensington Palace to their new home, Adelaide Cottage, in Windsor. 

The 19th century, four-bedroom Cottage sits in Windsor’s Home Park, the private 655-acre royal park administered by the Crown Estate.

The charming, historic home is close to St. George's Chapel and roughly 25 miles from central London.

The cottage underwent a renovation in 2015 and at one point, according to reports, had elaborate decorations.

The master bedroom at the cottage at one point reportedly had a ceiling covered with gilded dolphins and a rope decoration, which is originally from a royal yacht from the 19th century. It also has a marble Graeco-Egyptian fireplace.

And Louis hasn’t got just any old neighbours living next door – nearby are the Duke of York, who resides in the Royal Lodge on the estate, and Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank, who live with their son August at Frogmore Cottage.

Top of the class: £7k-a-term education 

When it comes to the Royal family, nothing is done by halves, so it’s only natural that the three youngest members of the firm go to a school fit for Kings and Queens.

Louis started at Lambrook School in Berkshire last September when the Waleses moved to Adelaide Cottage.

Tuition for the school ranges depending on the age of the child, but all told, William and Kate were said to be paying over $58,000 annually to send their three kids to the exclusive school. 

There, for £7,000-a-term, Louis receives a top education, complete with mandatory Saturday lessons. 

Lambrook is a co-ed preparatory that started in 1860 and allows part-time boarding.

It scored 'excellent' in its most recent Independent Schools Inspectorate and offers various extravagant extracurricular activities all included on the curriculum.

As well as the traditional subjects, the school offers pupils the chance to try out scuba diving, podcast making and even a nine-hole golf course.
