And while she thought it was appropriate for work, her manager did not.
Stephanie Dasilva took to TikTok to share a video of her dress – which got her written up at work.
She wrote: "My manager wrote me up today for dressing inappropriately," claiming her dress was too short.
Stephanie went on to explain her manager's reasoning for disciplining her work outfit.
She added: "She said it would make the warehouse workers harass me, sorry I look dope but honestly how is this inappropriate?

She showed off the dress she was wearing, clearly stunned her manager had made such a comment.
"Ready to quit at any moment," she captioned the post.
The video soon went viral with over 350k views, and people were quick to take to the comments section to weigh in on the situation.

Another person commented: "Contact hr and corporate… your manager is the one harassing you."
A third added: "Well if she is worried they will harass you, maybe she needs to deal with them, not you!"
Others said they could see why she was written up.
Meanwhile, a fourth claimed: "it is cute but sometimes the style may not be appropriate for the type of professional atmosphere. corset and side slits not for all offices."
