A CONTENT creator shared the negative and surprising reaction she received from her grandmother about one of her outfits.
Ginger Banks made a TikTok video documenting her trendy outfit along with the “slut shaming” comments.
“What I was wearing when my grandma just slut shamed the hell out of me lmao,” Ginger wrote in the video while laughing.
She revealed that she was wearing a pink spandex workout set.
The V-neck sports bra with a racer back doubled as a crop top. She also wore matching high-waisted biker shorts that landed mid-thigh.
“It’s basically a bathing suit,” her grandmother first said, according to Ginger.

One person commented: “Isn’t that yoga wear??? How is it a bathing suit???”
Then Ginger shared her grandmother’s further confusion over her outfit choice.
“Did you really wear that to breakfast,” she asked of the seemingly revealing and provocative look.
But one comment particularly shocked Ginger's followers.

“The women who saw you probably went home and blew their brains out because they were jealous they don’t look that way,” her grandmother said.
“Jesus… the last one. So extreme over a yoga/workout outfit,” one person commented.
Although a crude remark, another person instead said: “I feel like the 3rd one is a compliment.”
Ginger captioned her TikTok with yet another of her grandmother's comments, writing: “What are they gonna think you do for work with an outfit like that?”
Both Ginger and her followers found this particularly amusing since Ginger is a webcam model and sex worker advocate who is comfortable and confident in her body.
Many people shared their support for the content creator and her acceptable outfit. Other's were shocked that a woman could be so rude towards her own grandmother.
“Omg how do you stay so positive?” one person asked.
Ginger responded, writing: “I can’t control them but I can control how much I see them and my reaction to their bulls**t lmao.”
