RIVER ISLAND has launched its first ever beauty advent calendar.

The high street fashion retailer is set to drop its Christmas countdown next week, much to the delight of avid fans.

The River Island beauty advent calendar will officially be released on 12 September, and will cost £70.

The bundle includes 24 mini and full sized beauty treats, including make-up, skincare, haircare and bodycare items.

It features a mix of big brands and River Island's own label ranges, with products from Cetaphil, Aurelia, Kiss, Eyeko and more inside.

Shoppers will be getting £290 worth of goodies to practice a whole new beauty routine with this Yuletide.

That means shoppers can make a hefty saving of £120.
