The 2022 People’s Choice Awards red carpet has kicked off from The Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, CA, hosted by E!’s Laverne Cox, who’s on the scene to interview this year’s nominees. Among them is Lizzo, bound to bring her inimitable sense of style to the event, particularly when she steps on stage to accept the honor for People’s Champion.

The night will celebrate notable achievements in film, TV, and music with a ceremony hosted by Kenan Thompson, who is nominated for best comedy star on “Saturday Night Live.” This year’s presenters include Billy Porter, who brings his unique, dramatic flair to every red carpet appearance, whether in a tuxedo gown or a metallic jumpsuit.
