A WOMAN in her forties has shared the recipe for her homemade anti-ageing facemask, which she says makes her look 10 years younger.
Kate shared the tip on her TikTok channel, where she is known as @yourmategingerkate and often shares anti-ageing hacks.
To make her face mask, Kate, 42, uses just four ingredients which can be found in the kitchen cupboard.
The ingredients are turmeric, cornstarch, aloe vera gel and coconut oil.
Kate demonstrated how she makes the facemask by adding one tablespoon of turmeric and one tablespoon of cornstarch into a saucepan along with 125ml of water.
She then heated it up over a low heat for a few minutes, until the mixture started to thicken.

Next, she transferred the items to a bowl and added a couple of teaspoons of coconut oil and a heaped tablespoon of Aloe Vera gel.
After mixing the ingredients together and waiting for it to cool down, Kate transferred the mixture into a glass jar and put it in the fridge.
Kate said the anti-ageing concoction can be kept in the fridge for up to two weeks.
She said that the mixture can be applied to your face or anywhere that you have wrinkles and then washed off after 20 minutes.

After applying the mixture to her face, Kate said: "You don't need to be buying expensive moisturisers and creams.
"Natural products are the best products and they are really cheap."
TikTok users raced to the video's comments section to praise Kate for her anti-ageing hack.
One user said: "Love how easy this looks, I'm going to try it."
Another user added: "I just made it and I'm excited to use it".
