Blac Chyna is seeking to establish official custody and child support arrangements with Tyga.
According to legal records obtained by PEOPLE, Chyna – whose real name is Angela White – filed a petition last month to formalize a parental relationship concerning her son, 10-year-old King Cairo, with rapper Tyga.

Chyna is requesting joint physical and legal custody for their son, which she believes to be in his best interest.
Tyga appeared to respond to Chyna’s request on social media. In a post The Shade Room made about the ongoing case, the rapper wrote in the comments, “10 years later … nah … stick to ur schedule sat-mon.”
Chyna, who also shares a 5-year old daughter with Rob Kardashian, opened up about her co-parenting relationships with her children’s fathers to Entertainment Tonight earlier this month.
“I feel like with everything — time heals everything, and people change, and situations change, and you get to see the situation for what it is, and that situation is Dream,” the model said.
“And also too, let’s not leave out King and also co-parenting with Michael [Tyga] too, with King, so I feel like, as long as my kids are good and happy on both sides, that’s all I care about as a parent,” Chyna continued.

Chyna’s recent filing for an official custody arrangement comes after she accused both Tyga and Rob of failing to financially support their children last year.
In March 2022, Chyna took to Twitter to claim that she has sold three cars in order to provide for her children, writing, “Yesterday I had to give up 3 of my cars …my reasons… morals, beliefs, being a single mother, no support I’m a MAMA.”
“Single no support child support,” she continued, adding, “practicing gratitude.”
However, her children’s fathers were quick to respond through social media, refuting her assertions. Rob Kardashian left a comment on an Instagram screenshot shared by The Shade Room. Rob not only asserted that he covers his daughter’s school fees but also highlighted that she spends the majority of the week with him.

Similarly, Tyga commented on The Shade Room’s post to counter Chyna’s claims. He also emphasized that his son resides with him for five days each week.
“I pay 40k a year for my son’s school & he lives w me mon-sat. Why would I pay child support lol,” Tyga stated. He also directly addressed Rob, commenting, “How u pay 3k less. Let me know the plug.”
Chyna’s case against Tyga remains ongoing; for now, she’s not made a similar challenge to her custody and child support arrangement with Kardashian.
