A fashion blogger is sending shoppers wild after she snapped up a £30 M&S shirt which is a convincing dupe for TOTEME’s pricey designer blouse.
Emily Tierney, from the UK, raved about her high street find in a TikTok video earlier this month.
The actress and influencer – who boasts over 56,000 Instagram followers – says she didn’t think twice about buying the black-and-white shirt when she saw it in her local branch.
The stylish social media star says her supermarket steal looks extremely similar to a designer blouse by Stockholm fashion house TOTEME – but can you tell them apart?
Alerting her followers to the high street dupe, the stylish social media star said: ‘Guys I found this shirt in Marks and Spencer.

‘It’s giving me absolute Toteme vibes but for about £30. Get yourselves down to M&S!’
She then proceeded to style it with some slim-leg leather trousers and a thin gold chain.
The main difference between the two shirts is that the £500 black Toteme offering has white pinstripes running most of the way down the front before then going in a diagonal direction.
What’s more, it also purposefully oversized and has a drop-shoulder cut to give it a more relaxed finish.
Appearing to take inspiration from this, M&S’ version is also big on the shoulders and has a white-and-black pinstripe pattern.
But rather than having one wide stripe running lengthways down the front like TOTEME, the brand instead separated the pattern into four pinstripe squares.
After raving about the dupe to her followers, Emily captioned her video: ‘Marks and Spencer coming up trumps!’
What’s more, the style has proven to be so popular that it has currently sold out on the brand’s website – meaning shoppers were desperate to get their hands on it in store.

‘Tell me there’s matching trousers,’ one replied.
Another added: ‘Wow – love it!!’
Wanting to recreate Emily’s look, a third replied: ‘Love the shirt but can’t find it online!’
In a follow-up Instagram Reel, Emily joked: ‘Shall we petition M&S to restock this shirt? I got lucky and found mine in store so keep your eyes peeled.’
‘We absolutely need them to re stock it,’ a fan replied. ‘I neeeeed one.’
‘Lovely combo with the leather trousers hun,’ another gushed.
Meanwhile, a fan added: ‘Love, love, love and I’d never have guessed M&S!!’
