Keeping up with the Kardashians has never been easier thanks to the huge amount of content that they constantly share across their Instagram pages.
But while the famous clan all have so much in common, they differ greatly when it comes to their killer body shapes.
Our celebrity fitness expert, Mark Findlay, says you can achieve results like Kim, Khloe and Kourtney by following his simple exercises.
And the best part of all is that his exercises can all be done from the comfort of your home – perfect for lockdown.
Speaking exclusively to OK! online, Mark, who used to be a 100metre sprinter for team Great Britain, says: “Of course it looks like some of the Kardashian sisters have probably had a bit of help to get their bodies the way they want them.
“But whether you want a fuller bum, more toned thighs or a tight tummy, it’s still very possible to achieve this without seeing a surgeon. Dedication, discipline and consistency is key”.
Get a bigger bum
Of all the Kardashian sisters it is 39 year old Kim who perhaps has the curviest derriere.
Fitness expert Mark says: “There is no quick way to improving the size of your bottom. Just like everything involved in fitness you need to work hard and regularly to achieve long lasting results.
“In order to get a fuller rounded bum he easiest way is to do squats.
“When following my advanced home leg workout make sure to really concentrate on the squats, and at least three times a week you should do the squats outside of doing the leg workout too. Make sure you slowly squat down until your legs are at a 90-degree angle for full affect.”
Get a toned tummy
Wanna get a slender tummy like Kourtney? Mark says: “By following my home leg workout and doing it five days a week you will see results in your tummy area.
“The abdominal muscles will be engaged as secondary muscles, so it’s a good idea to do extra sit-up variations if you want to really blitz that area.
“Diet and rest are also extremely important so try and eat clean and healthy for at least five days a week, and get minimum seven hours sleep.”
Tone up the thighs
Khloe has made a career out of her revenge body, and Mark says doing his home workout every day will get you on track to emulate the star.
“I kept the workout simple so that anybody can do it. All you need is a chair.
“If you follow it four days a week and copy it to the letter you’ll notice results on your legs within a month.
“Once it starts to feel like the exercises are becoming easier for you, just add another 15 seconds on to each exercise overtime you think it’s too easy.”
Mark added: “But remember, you can’t achieve your best body through exercise alone. You must eat better, drink lots of water, drink less alcohol (none if possible) and get plenty of rest.”
Mark Findlay’s advanced 25 minute home leg workout
Complete all exercises and then take a two minute rest. Repeat five times.
Squats – 1 minute
Jump lunges – 30 seconds
Step ups – 1 minute
Jump squats – 30 seconds
