Gisele Bündchen denies she’s dating ex Tom Brady’s friend Jeffrey Soffer

Gisele Bündchen hasn’t had a relationship with billionaire Jeff Soffer, multiple sources tell Page Six — and several people tell us Soffer is actually engaged to a different woman.

“He’s been in a serious relationship for seven years and is currently engaged,” a source tells us.

Soffer’s fiancée is Colleen Schiff, we hear.

The pair were photographed in November at an event in Miami, Fla., with Mark Wahlberg — and Soffer brought Schiff to a commencement ceremony at the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas, Nev., last year.

Earlier this month, the Daily Mail claimed that Bündchen and Soffer – a real estate developer who was previously married to Elle Macpherson – had been “seeing each other for several months.”

But the supermodel shot down the report in a recent Vanity Fair article saying he is friends with her ex-husband Tom Brady.

“I have zero relationship with him in any way,” Bündchen told the mag. “He’s Tom’s friend, not my friend.”

Continuing, rather sharply, she added: “I wouldn’t be with this guy. I mean, puh-leeze. They were saying I’m with this guy, he’s old, because he’s got money – it’s ridiculous.”

Soffer is worth an estimated $2.2 billion, while the model is worth $400 million.

Bündchen has also been allegedly linked to her son’s martial arts instructor, Joaquim Valente. They have been photographed hanging several times– including a beach day, running together and horseback riding — though mostly in group situations.

Sources have told us they are just friends.

Bündchen and Brady, 45, announced they finalized their divorce after 13 years of marriage last October.

After her Vanity Fair interview, Brady posted a cryptic message about enduring the “betrayal of false friends.”
