A health-focused foodie has infuriated her followers by revealing exactly what she orders at McDonald’s.
Kristy Hawk – a popular low-carb or Keto diet coach – likes to get her Macca’s fix without the bun.
The 41-year-old US-based content creator said she doesn’t go to McDonald’s often but when she does she likes to order a very specific ‘naked’ burger.
She orders ‘at the kiosk’ to make sure the Double Quarter Pounder burger is put through correctly.

‘That pile of mayonnaise should scare you more than bread but okay,’ added a man.
‘If you’re going to eat garbage, don’t church it up by eliminating the bun. You still put garbage in your body. This doesn’t make it any more healthy,’ added a third.
While others were impressed.
‘This is exactly what my McDonald’s orders look like when I go!! I’m glad I’m not the ONLY one,’ one woman wrote.
‘There is no need for a bun – especially for those of us who watch what we eat,’ another said.
