A woman has revealed how she once pierced her belly button in hope that it would make her belly look smaller, but now she embraces it.
Izzie Rodgers, who boasts over 200,000 followers on Instagram, regularly posts about acne and body positivity.
Now she's opened up about how, when she was younger, she thought the shape of her belly button made her look bigger.

The social media star shared a video on Instagram to show what she used to wish her belly button looked like.
In the short clip she pulls up her tummy to display a stomach that appears tighter, with a belly button that appears more rounded in shape.
Then she shows the reality of what her belly button really looks like, which isn't a perfect oval shape, but a horizontal shape instead.
Writing on Instagram, Izzie said: "FOR EVERYONE THAT GREW UP THINKING THE SHAPE OF THEIR BELLY BUTTON MADE THEM LOOK BIGGER.
"Your horizontal/sad face belly button is beautiful and so are you.
"Since I was of age I RAN to get a belly button piercing so I could hide it easier and it’s only now, 9 years later, that I feel comfortable enough showing my belly without it.
"I thought I was the only one who thought like this about their belly button shape, but when I first posted about this – the response was crazy.
"WE GOT THIS HORIZONTAL BELLY BUTTON B****ES. WE ARE WORTHY."
Since sharing her story, many people have thanked her for talking so openly about body shape.
One person said Izzie was "the first person" they've seen discussing the topic, and it's something they can relate to so much.
More than 7,000 people liked the post, and hundreds of people also left comments.
One person said: "I can relate. I lost loads of weight, and am now left with a drooping/sad looking belly button."
A second commented: "100% since becoming a mum for two girls it's of course got worse now my skin has stretched. Never get my tummy out – always high-waisted."
Meanwhile, a third added: "I actually always thought that this was the normal form, and was so confused that mine doesn't look like this.
"Variety. We need more variety."
