HUNDREDS of EE customers have been left without signal or internet this afternoon – here's what to do.
EE is owned by BT Group, which has around 26.8million household customers.
Is EE down?
As of 17.30pm today, there were over 700 reports from customers.
Over 50% of the customer reports said they had no internet.
EE last saw issues with its service on October 14 2021.
Customers were unable to login to the My EE app and website.
O2, Virgin, Tesco, Three and GiffGaff also experienced tech problems on the same day, due to a problem affecting multiple providers.

You can also speak to EE via its live chat service.
If you're a mobile customer and you suffer from a lack of service then depending on the circumstance you may be entitled to a refund or account credit.

You may also have the right to leave if you're without service for a sustained period of time.
If your problem is still unresolved after eight weeks, you can complain to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme.
