Kyle Richards is speaking out amid Melissa Gorga’s assumption that Ozempic was the key to her recent body transformation.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star clapped back at a hater who once again accused her of lying about using Ozempic to lose weight and even mentioned a “fellow” “Real Housewives” star who “told on you.”
“This is not true,” Richards, 54, wrote in the comments section of a solo photo shared via Instagram Sunday.
“MY fellow Housewives never said such a thing. Another Housewife from a different franchise aka Melissa stated she assumed I was but then texted an apology to me.”
Richards and Gorga, 43, became close friends after starring on Season 1 of the “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip,” but their relationship took a turn after Gorga commented on Richards’ body transformation.
“I’m not gonna lie, when I first saw her, I was like, ‘Ooh she’s taking that stuff,’” Gorga said on SiriusXM’s “Jeff Lewis Live” last month.
The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star clarified that after Richards publicly denied using Ozempic amid rumors, she changed her mind.
Richards has found herself constantly defending her hot bod over the last few months after fans shared their disbelief she got it by working out and eating healthier.
“I had never heard of it. I had heard of it when they accused me, but I’d already lost weight by the time I had heard about Ozempic, so it was really frustrating to me,” Richards told Page Six earlier this month.
“What I don’t want to get lost in this, is that I want to be able to inspire people.”
The Bravolebrity emphasized that she works out “two hours every day” and has been living a sober lifestyle for seven months.
She previously explained that she also cut out sugar and carbs in addition to alcohol after “gaining weight during the summer.”
