Madonna loves her “mouth jewelry.”

The Queen of Pop, who turns 64 on August 16, treated herself to a new set of “birthday grills” ahead of the big day, and showed them off during her appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” Wednesday.

“I just got these new grills, and if I start lisping will you tell me?” she asked Fallon.

The host, 47, called her new dental accessories “beautiful,” adding, “I love them.”

“It’s almost my birthday, so I got myself a pair of grills,” the Material Girl said, revealing she designed them herself.

“People have a problem with my grills, I don’t know why,” Madonna continued, saying she’s been wearing them for “decades.”

“I just like the way it looks — it’s mouth jewelry — and I have really ugly teeth,” she explained.

Among the “Like a Virgin” crooner’s glitziest grills? The set she picked up in 2013, fashioned from real gold and festooned with 24 diamonds.

“Don’t hate me. Hate my #grilz,” she captioned an Instagram snap of her new mouthpiece at the time.

She also owns a completely blinged-out version with a tiny studded cross placed between her two front teeth, which she wore to the 2017 Met Gala.

As expected, plenty of people on social media weren’t fans of the superstar’s birthday grills.

“Omg. I’m watching Madonna on Jimmy Fallon and she cannot speak at all. Her grills are literally impeding her ability to speak. It’s insane,” one tweeted, while another added, “i really wish madonna never learned about grills.”

But not everyone hates her mouth metal. As one fan put it in 2017: “#Madonna ‘s GRILL has become a symbol of not giving a f—k. Of doing battle against pre-conceived expectations. And for that I love it!”
