A SUPERMARKET is offering customers £5 off their next shop when they buy petrol at its forecourts.
But not so fast – the deal only counts when you spend a certain amount on your shopping.
Asda is offering a simple three step process to get money off your next grocery shop.
Firstly, buy petrol and keep the receipt.
Secondly, do your shopping as normal.
And finally, as you check out, give your petrol receipt to a staff member to be swapped for a £5 voucher for your next shop.

But there's a catch – you'll need to spend at least £40 on your shopping.
If you spend any less, even if you buy petrol, you won't be eligible for the deal.
The offer ends on July 15, but you can keep the voucher to redeem until the end of the month.
The deal is available in selected stores only, so you'll need to double check with your local store first.

There are also a few items that won't be counted in your minimum £40 spend, including alcohol, tobacco, gift cards, stamps and more petrol.

Are there any other deals?
Some other supermarkets have small deals and discounts on their petrol prices.
You just have to search around for the cheapest option if you want to keep costs down. And you may have to be quick as the deals often don't last long.
Morrisons was offering customers 7p off every litre of fuel back in February, for example.
Sometimes Tesco offers coupons to exchange for petrol discounts, too, so keep an eye out.
Where can I get cheap fuel?
As fuel prices soar sky high, you might want to scout around for better deals at other supermarkets.
There are tools available to help you do this.
For example, you can use the PetrolPrices app and website, which lets you check prices from more than 8,000 forecourts near you and using data provided by the public.
Confused.com also has a useful price checker where you can find your nearest cheapest petrol station.
You can even keep fuel prices down in other ways, like keeping your tires inflated and removing any excess weight, both of which can slow the car down and waste less petrol.
