Harry and Meghan have let viewers see inside Frogmore Cottage, as they reminisce about their final days in the UK during the latest episodes of their Netflix docuseries.
Artistic black and white photographs show the couple sorting through their things in the Windsor residence as they prepared for their move to California in 2020.
‘We were going through so many boxes like, “You bought this blanket I missed, that hat was so funny”, the Duchess of Sussex says wistfully.
‘It gave us a chance to look back at our whole love story,’ she adds, before they reflect on their early days as a couple with a series of romantic photos.

Reminiscing about a time before they left the residence, Harry says in the documentary: ‘We always saw Archie running around the garden at Frogmore cottage and maybe jumping in the Queen’s pond.
‘That was all part of our future, and everything changed, really, really quickly’, he said regretfully.
Reflecting on leaving their home and moving away to the US, Harry said: ‘We knew we were gonna get some breathing space from this very painful experience that we’d been stuck in.
‘But also at the same time it was really sad.’
Moving outn: Meghan and Harry stand over piles of books as they pack up Frogmore cottage
Frogmore Cottage on the royal Windsor estate received a £2.4million renovation in 2019 – just months before the couple announced they were stepping down as senior working royals and relocating to Montecito, California.
In pictures of the moving-out process, Meghan and Harry stand over piles of books and show each other belongings they have come across as they rummage through their things.
One of the most notable items the couple come across as they sort through their things is a document signed by the late Queen consenting to the couple’s marriage.
Meghan smiles as she points down to the box encasing the Instrument of Consent, a document which the monarch signs to give their seal of approval to heirs’ marriages.

Packing up Frogmore ‘gave us a chance to look back at our whole love story,’ says Meghan as pictures showing the couple in the earlier days of their romance pop up on screen
Among the personal items the couple come across as they looked through their belongings are what appears to have been an art book with pictures of birds in it. Prince Harry holds it open as his wife admires the drawings
Perhaps even more personal are the items they discover, including a ‘funny hat’ and what appears to be some jewellery.
The couple can also be seen smiling as they flick through a photo album, which appears to show a young Prince Harry.
Snaps from their early days of dating – which the couple also appear to have come across during their move – also pop up on screen, allowing them to take a trip down memory lane.
One photo shows the couple kissing as they crouch beneath a stone arch on a picturesque cliff top overlooking the sea.
The couple gaze over the Queen’s pond in the gardens of the cottage in Windsor, with a small rowing boat with ‘Sussex’ on it on a viewing platform nearby

Harry and Meghan haven’t lived in Frogmore Cottage on the late Queen’s former Windsor estate since they left for a new life in the US in 2020.
But their historic first home features frequently in their new blockbuster Netflix series Harry & Meghan – which is part of the Sussexes’ multi-million-dollar deal with Netflix.
The first three episodes were streamed last week, with the final three hour-long episodes streaming from today.
The six-part show has become the streaming giant’s most-watched documentary in a premier week, debuting with 81.55 million hours viewed.
