It’s been a good few weeks for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle fans, who have been given access to the Duke and Duchess’ personal lives via their new Netflix docuseries.
Harry & Meghan, which the couple were reportedly paid between $100 to $150 million for as part of a multiyear deal with the streaming service, has been filled with behind the scenes access to many different layers of the couple’s lives.
From the former Suits star’s friends throwing her a lavish five day baby shower in New York to Harry sharing sweet candid moments of the two preparing for Archie’s first birthday, the couple’s youngest daughter also made an appearance.
Lilibet Diana, who was named after her late grandmother, Princess Diana, and late great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, was born on 4 June 2021. Unlike her brother, the youngest of the family was born stateside in Santa Barbara, California, where the couple now reside.
Now, never-seen-before photos of Meghan carrying her daughter have been released, and they are absolutely gorgeous.
Ranging from early on during the pregnancy, where the 41 year old is seen lifting her jumper up to reveal the growing bump, right up until her last trimester (where her belly is obviously a lot larger), the Duchess looks radiant and positively glowing.
The early-on snap shows Meghan standing in a kitchen looking casual in a black T-shirt and leggings. Another still shows her wearing a tight black dress with long sleeves, the outfit accentuating the growing life inside her.
Other black and white shots made the cut, one of the mum of two wearing a similar black dress but shorter and looking out of the window with her hands on her hips, her thick dark hair resting behind her shoulders.
There was also another image of Meghan outside walking her dog under a blossom tree. This time, she’s sporting a polka dot dress with her hair in a loose ponytail.
And while Lilibet didn’t actually make any of these shots outside of the womb, there was also a sweet scan of the unborn child.
In a statement announcing the birth of their daughter, the couple wrote: "She is more than we could have ever imagined, and we remain grateful for the love and prayers we've felt from across the globe.
Thank you for your continued kindness and support during this very special time for our family."
