Pregnancy is a beautiful process and women's bodies are nothing short of incredible.
One woman recently reminded people just how inspiring our bodies are by stripping down to lingerie show it off. Brooke Sherbert, AKA Raising Romey to her over 29,000 Instagram followers, is known for sharing body positive content online.
She recently took a break from promoting mid-size fashion to draw attention to her changed body. After recently welcoming a beautiful baby into the world, Brooke wanted to remind people just how much our bodies go through to create life.

The mum recently posed wearing black undies and proudly showed off her tum. An oversized shirt was placed over her shoulders as she showed off her bod with pride.
She shared the pictures alongside the quote: "If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change." Brooke said it's one of her favourite quotes, as it's a good motto to live by.
Her body changed a lot when she was pregnant, and now she has to learn to embrace those changes. Even though this can be difficult for many new mums, she said she has to learn to love her body and what it's been through.
Writing on Instagram, Brooke said: "This is one of my favourite quotes and it applies to anything. The way you look at something, the way you perceive something is usually about you & how you are feeling.
"If you shift your mindset or can completely change your perception! I can stand in the mirror, looking at my postpartum body with negative self talk or I can look at my body with admiration for every thing it has done & the life it has created."
In a previous post she also made a video to show off her post-partum body, and admitted it can be a "really triggering time" for new mums. She said it can be difficult to come to terms with how things change.
At the time, she said: "On bad body image days postpartum, I remember that I wouldn't have my baby without it. Everyone's journey is different, every body looks different but that doesn't make it feel easier internally.
"If you have struggled with body dysmorphia postpartum can be a really triggering time!"
Lots of people engage with Brooke's content, and love her authentic approach. Women are inspired by how candidly she talks about body image, and shares stories from her own personal journey.
One of her followers commented: "Our bodies are amazing, looking beautiful mumma."
