A viral psychology test is captivating attention across the internet after claiming it could reveal how people in your close circles perceive you.
The brain teaser comes from the TikTok account @PsychologyLove100, who is renowned for his sharing viral psychological tests on the platform.
Optical illusions supposedly reveal hidden truths about our identity and other people’s perception of us based on how the brain and eyes work to decipher an image.
Many different types of visual tricks exist but the latest comes in the form of a picture that depicts both a woman and a mountain range.
“Did you first see the mountain or the woman?” asked the video creator. “If you see the mountain and its surroundings, you’re a person who excels in all of life’s situations.”
According to the narrator, these types of people don’t shy away due to a fear of being ridiculed and are reluctant to stay where they know they’re unlikely to grow.
“Living life like there is no tomorrow is just a hobby for you,” he noted, pointing out that these people also tend to be “very creative, outgoing, and sociable”.
Another “important detail” about these people is that they never run out of things to talk about, and thoroughly enjoy making new friends.
Meanwhile, the video creator explained that those who saw the woman first are more likely to be non-conformist, in every sense of the word.
“The reason is that you don’t like to stand still,” he explained. “You aspire to something else that won’t leave alone because you plan to achieve it as soon as possible.”
These people are no strangers to sacrifice, as they often put other people’s needs before their own.
“Family is very important to you,” added the narrator. “Your intelligence sets you apart and you even find it hard to say no.”
He went on: “Generous and kind, you go to the front, whatever the consequence is. You hate hypocritical and false people and don’t tolerate them in the least.
“This may cost you friendships but you know the most important thing is honest people.”
The video resonated with thousands of viewers, racking up more than 26,400 likes and prompting many to share their results in the comment section.
“Seriously me! I saw the woman,” exclaimed one viewer, while another wrote: “SOOOO ACCURATE.”
One viewer asked the content creator: “What if you saw both at the same time?” To which he responded: “Then you are both.”
