An Australian personal trainer has debuted his client’s incredible physical transformation after just 30 days of consistent exercising.
Tony Saad, who is based in Sydney, has been working with businessman Aidan Walsh since the middle of December 2022, and decided to show what just a months worth of commitment can do for your body.
In his latest Instagram post coach Tony, or the ‘PT Alchemist’ as he goes by, praised Mr Walsh for his hard work and explained he hasn’t even finished his program yet.
‘So what did Aidan do to achieve such rapid results?’ Tony questioned in the caption of his post, alongside a before and after photo of his client.

‘Aidan trained twice a day and has been living a very active lifestyle,’ he said of the entrepreneur who founded a line of luggage called Aidan.
He also trained five times a week with Tony and went on 7km runs each day.
‘His training consisted of a mixture of strength and conditioning as well as a side of boxing,’ the caption continued.
‘Aidan watched his nutrition and what he was consuming into his body. He had the occasional alcoholic beverage when going out or at a business meeting but he never let it get too many.
‘So proud and honoured to be working with focused, determined individuals who are elevating and making moves.’

One person did tease if there was ‘an easier way’ to achieve the same results but that went unanswered.
Tony also helped train Jono Castano’s model girlfriend Simone Holtznagel get into peak physical fitness and lose 10 kilos.
Simone did a mix of weights and Reformer Pilates and would workout 3-4 times per week for 45 minutes per day at the Acero gym.
Simone would eat four meals per day and her diet was ‘very well balanced incorporating all her macro nutrients in every meal’.
