PRIMARK has made a major change to checkouts at more of its stores and it's left shoppers divided.
The high street retailer is so popular that shoppers often have to wait in long lines to buy their bargains.
So the retail giant has been slowly introducing self-service checkouts since last year as a way to reduce queuing times.
They were initially rolled out at Primark stores in Sheffield, Northampton, West Bromwich and Kingston as part of a trial.
But the checkouts are now up and running in nine stores in total, with the most recent additions being in Baskingstoke and Milton Keynes.
While it's hoped the new tills will help queues go down quicker, not all shoppers are happy about the decision.

It comes as data revealed that self-service checkouts are causing shoppers all sorts of problems.
Writing on Facebook, one person said: "Hate them. All to save money."
While another said: "Worst thing they've done. I hate them. I refuse to use them unless I really have to."
And a third added: "Honestly these machines are ridiculous."

But some shoppers were delighted by the news that their local branch in Milton Keynes will be getting these checkouts.
One Facebook user said: "At last!! makes sense. They had so many tills that were never open."
Another simply wrote: "Thank God", while another said "handy for Christmas shopping".
The Sun has given exclusive access to the self-service checkouts in Primark's store in Sheffield city centre in November last year.
The self-checkouts are placed in their own designated area, and are protected by a security door that only opens once a receipt has been scanned.
Below is the full list of nine Primark stores thatcurrently have self-service checkouts:
- Sheffield The Moor
- Coventry
- Slough
- Kingston
- Edinburgh
- West Bromwich
- Northampton
- Basingstoke
- Milton Keynes Shopping Park
Primark said the checkouts are still in the trial stage and future stores are being chosen on a "case by case basis".
It comes after the retailer extended its click and collect service to an additional 32 stores in and around London and Greater London.
Shoppers who use click and collect can pick up their orders from a dedicated desk in any of the participating stores.
It means shoppers can avoid the disappointment of turning up only to find that what they wanted wasn't there.
