The latest TikTok trend to have social media users obsessed is a surprisingly healthy one – and it involves berries, ice and coconut water.
It’s called “nature’s cereal” and iconic singer Lizzo is one of the breakfast trend’s biggest fans.
Posting a video of herself eating it, she 32-year-old said: “It’s actually really good y’all.”
The three-time Grammy winner added: “Don’t knock it till ya try it.”
The singer has posted multiple videos of herself eating and reacting to it – and many others have decided to recreate the trend.
One Twitter user said: “Natur’s cereal is my new favourite snack”.
Another simply said: “Eating nature’s cereal today and it is SO GOOD.”
A third said: “So I’ve been seeing people go ham on Lizzo’s ‘nature’s cereal’ concoction so I had to try it.
“It’s just chopped strawberries, blueberries, pomegranate, crushed ice and coconut water. Magically delicious!”
In fact, Coconut water brand Vita Coco has seen sales soar over the past month since the trend went viral, with a 55% increase in sales.

Yet to try it yourself? The recipe is surprisingly easy, and it’s the perfect hydrating snack for spring.
Coconut water is high in electrolytes, which our bodies lose when we sweat, and natural minerals such as potassium and magnesium which help to restock glycogen stores.
