A mum-of-four sent a tragic Facebook message to her daughter the day before her teenage son found her body in a cupboard under the stairs.
Naomi Parton's body was found by her 18-year-old son Cameron Carmichael after he woke and could not find her.
The 38-year-old mum had been battling anxiety and depression, reports Stoke-on-Trent Live.
An inquest heard how Cameron had stayed up with his mum in the kitchen along with his friend until 4.45am when they went to bed.
But when he woke up at 11am, she was nowhere to be seen.
He left the house in Kidsgrove, to search Bathpool Park before deciding to return to check if she had taken her coat from the cupboard.
It was then that he came across 38-year-old Naomi's body causing him to drop to the floor.
The emergency services were called but paramedics were unable to save her and she was pronounced dead at the scene at around 5pm on May 5.
The inquest at North Staffordshire Coroner's Court heard Naomi had a history of anxiety and depression.
And her son described her as suffering from bipolar and that she would become more erratic when she had been drinking.
The night before she died she had been round to a friend's house.
