A surgery-addicted model who claims to have the "world's fattest vagina" has returned to social media to show off her new 58-inch bum.
Mary Magdalene is well known for her heavily modified looks after spending $100,000 (around £81,000) on plastic surgery including a Brazilian butt lift, boob jobs, lip injections, veneers, nose jobs and even an eyebrow transplant. The busty star made headlines for being kicked off a plane for her 38J boobs and had previously declared she was 'going back to natural' after one of her huge implants popped.
Now, the 26-year-old has re-appeared on Instagram to flaunt her new and enhanced derriere in a series of posts, much to the delight of her 211,000 followers.

In her latest series of posts, after a seven-week absence, she returned with a series of shots and short videos jiggling her behind, with a simple caption on her main picture saying 'I'm alive'.
The main picture shows Mary posing in a doorway, wearing shorts and a crop top, and her fans were quick to rejoice in the comments section to welcome her back. One follower said: "QUEEN u are such an icon for not being dead! You are really alive and i love that about you!"

The Mexican-born model, who lives in Toronto, Canada, claims to have the world's fattest vagina and took on the procedures over the last few years to achieve her desired look of a “blow-up doll”.
Earlier this year she showed her followers that one of the implants had popped, leaving her with one larger than the other.
The news came after Mary was told she was being removed from a flight due to a refusal to listen to cabin crew, but she thinks it was 'discrimination' against her extreme look.
She’d paid $5,000 to fly to Dallas, in the United States, but claims the cabin crew wouldn’t let her fly.
