Sylvester Stallone has barely had time to unpack, but he’s already listing his Hidden Hills estate.
The Rocky star bought the property in March 2022 with his wife Jennifer Flavin for $18.2 million, right before she filed for divorce (though they later reconciled). Now, the couple has put the mansion back on the market and they’re hoping for a slight profit, given the new asking price of $22.5 million.

The estate features over 10,400 square feet of living space, including 4 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. It sits on 2.26 acres of land with sprawling views of the mountains.
Its amenities include a pool, home theatre, indoor gym, chef’s kitchen, horse barn and stables, riding area, a koi pond, and a guest house. The property also comes with a lush garden, that includes more than 100 citrus and avocado trees.
It’s unclear why Sylvester and Jennifer are selling the property after such a short time, though TMZ notes the pair are living full-time in their Florida residence, so they no longer need such a huge estate in L.A.

They may also want a fresh start. The long-time couple went through a rough patch this year after announcing their intent to divorce amid speculation about Sylvester’s spending habits.
Jennifer filed for divorce after two decades of marriage in August. She requested an “unequal distribution of the marital assets in her favor.”
It was reported that requests of this nature are only done if one partner has engaged in reckless or frivolous spending.
Jennifer’s court filing claimed Sylvester “has engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets which has had an adverse economic impact on the marital estate.”

It added, “The husband should be enjoined from, selling, transferring, assigning, encumbering, or dissipating any assets during the pendency of these proceedings.”
By the fall, however, Sylvester and Jennifer appeared to reconcile. The couple cancelled their divorce proceedings and have been featured heavily on each other’s social media accounts.
This isn’t the only property Sylvester has listed this year. In January, it was reported Adele bought a mega-mansion from the actor for $58 million. At the time, this was considered a steal, since Sylvester was originally hoping to score $80 million for the property.
Since then, the singer has reportedly started renovations on the property, which includes removing a bunch of movie memorabilia Sylvester apparently left behind.
