A woman was left shocked when a reviewer pointed out an awkward feature on her Mother's Day gift.
UK-based designer Charlotte, who runs Bohemian Forest Designs on Etsy, shared a review she received from one of her customers who bought a wall hanging ornament featuring a mother bear and a cub.
Sharing the five-star review on TikTok, Charlotte admits that it is "the most embarrassing review on my Etsy shop".
The small business owner explains: "Loved my Mother's Day present.
"But my daughter was very upset about what we are now affectionately calling 'butt hole bear'. It makes me laugh, but it made her cry.
"Maybe consider tweaking the design so the central knot becomes a nose instead of… well, you know what! X".
Charlotte decided to take the customer's advice and changed her design by shifting the dot onto the bear's hind leg.
But the old version is still available for anyone that wants it.
She added that she messaged the woman and offered her a free replacement as an apology.
The video quickly went viral, being watched over 96,000 times and garnering more than 11,000 likes.

"I would so order that," a second wrote. "It's golden and different than other people's designs."
