A woman with the “world’s biggest cheeks” revealed how much her face has evolved in recent years.

Anastasiia Pokreshchuk has totally transformed after splashing out thousands on plastic surgery and filler.

And to show just how different she looks nowadays, she shared photos taken 16 years apart.

The model, from the Ukraine, captioned the images: “18 vs 34”.

In her teenage snap, she has dark curly hair, glowing skin and a natural-looking facial structure.

But in the photo taken recently, Anastasiia’s cheekbones jut out dramatically.

The 34-year-old has a curvier physique nowadays, as shown by her low-cut top.

She also has pastel pink hair, plump lips, super-smooth skin and wears bold makeup.

More than 4,200 people liked Anastasiia’s post on Instagram – and commenters were wowed by her transformation.

One responder wrote: “The difference! You were ordinary, but now you’re unique.”

Another said: “The most important thing is that she is happy!

“What is different from others makes it extraordinary. No one walks past her without looking back.”

Others think Anastasiia has taken her cosmetic work too far though.

One responder asked: “My God, what have you done to yourself? Pity.”

Another said: “Oh you were so beautiful… sadly now not so much. But if you are happy with it – well who am I to judge.”

And a third added: “You looked better at 18.”

It’s unlikely Anastasiia will take these concerns to heart – especially as it's a habit that's lasted for years.

She started dabbling with face fillers when she was 26-years-old.

Anastasiia got her lips done and Botox injected into her forehead – and has since lost count of how many times she’s jabbed herself.

As well as this, she filed her teeth down to get pearly white veneers fitted.

She isn’t afraid to give wacky cosmetic treatments a try either.

In recent years, thinfluencer has been getting her booty massaged in a bid to promote weight loss and covered herself in Panthenol cream in the hope of getting super-smooth skin.

While some aren’t keen on her new look, the Instagram star loves it.

Previously, she revealed: “After I had the injections and saw the changes in my cheeks, I fell in love with them…

“I understand that they look weird for other people but I don’t mind.”
