The Barclay's banking app is facing a nationwide outage that is preventing thousands of customers from accessing their savings and online banking.
It's the third bank in a week to face outages after HSBC and Natwest faced similar issues just days ago.
People are reporting via DownDetector that information on their accounts has completely disappeared.
"What is going on with Barclays lately?!?… I can't see my accounts, it says I don't even have one, live chat isn't working properly either, this is ridiculous," wrote Leanna Cooper in the site's comments section.
Barclay's have responded to the shortages on Twitter saying "Plesae don't worry we're aware of this problem and our team are working hard to fix this ASAP."
The outage seems to be affecting the mobile app more than anything else, with 69 percent of Downdetector reports linked to it.
Other customers have said that the website itself is working just fine. Twitter user Lee Packham said "Everyone complaining that the Barclays app is down… the website is up. Just paid bills etc. just fine that way."

Barclays confirmed that the web-based Online Banking service is "all working fine".
The bank also said customers can log any complaints or concerns via their website. It wrote: "Please just include as much info as you can there, and one of our complaints handlers will be in touch as soon as they can."
You can keep an eye on whether the service is running here. The bank has said it will experience further outages this weekend due to planned maintenance.
