EE customers can now reduce their monthly bills as long as they are prepared to give the network something back in return. Those wanting to cut the cost of owning their smartphones are being offered some cashback by simply watching short promotional videos from a number of well-known brands and then answering a few questions about what they have seen.

Once completed customers then receive up to 20p each time they take part which is added to their account. The new incentive has been launched with WeAre8 and the partnership doesn’t just give customers cashback.

Along with getting that payout, a donation of 5 percent is also automatically given to charity. EE says customers can choose to donate to charities that are helping to end food poverty and reverse climate change.

WeAre8 has built technology that connects people and brands in a transformational way, rewarding people for their time. The partnership combines EE’s network with the power of the WeAre8 technology so that global issues can be actioned with millions of small actions.
