Elden Ring gameplay reveal shows jaw-dropping open world and combat

The long-awaited gameplay reveal for the game Elden Ring has finally dropped, and it does not disappoint.

Fans were treated to 19 minutes of narrated gameplay showing off everything Elden Ring will have to offer, from high-speed horseback chases to epic boss battles.

The footage gave us a taste of what's to come in FromSoftware's biggest game to date.

It brings onboard features inspired from other popular games such as random boss fights, a minimap, and travelling the world through horseback.

For fans of FromSoftware's brutally difficult combat, there's also a range of gameplay styles including full-on combat, stealth, and magic.

The game will even utilise a multiplayer co-op feature that will enable you to summon other players to help you in battle.

The much-hyped release from 'Dark Souls' and 'Bloodborne' creators FromSoftware will transport players to a vast high-fantasy open world co-created by Game of Thrones author George R.R. Martin.

The 'Lands Between' is a huge network of dungeons connected by an overworld that fans of Skyrim and The Witcher will surely love.

A closed network test of Elden Ring is due to open for PC and Xbox next week.
