A Place in the Sun presenter Laura Hamilton was left looking devastated when guests pulled out an offer on a "perfect" holiday home.
House hunter Jennie was planning to use her mum's £85,000 inheritance to buy a holiday home in Costa del Sol in southern Spain and she asked her long-time pal Kate to join her for the search.
Laura showed the pair five different apartments in the western area of Costa del Sol and Jennie loved the last property, which was close to the amenities she asked for.

The two-bed, two-bath apartment at Aldea Hills offers a perfect sea view, a private terrace, and an open-plan living-dining space.
When Jennie walked into the flat, she said: "I'm really, so excited. This is just so my style. This is ideal.
"It's just got everything. This is absolutely spot-on."
She told Laura that she had ruled out all other apartments and was considering to put an offer in it.
As they met the next day, Laura reminded Jennie that the property was on the market for just over £93,000.
She added: "Having had last night to think things over, what have you decided to do?"
Jennie explained she and Kate had a walk to La Duquesa after viewing the apartment and realised it was too far a walk for her.
She said: "Really pleasant walk, but it's 45 minutes.
"When I want to use it (the house) more, when I semi-retire in around five years, that 45-minute walk, for me, personally, is the only worry I've got."
Laura then clarified that the walk reached all the way to a marina and it's just a five-minute walk to the closest supermarket, a bar and the beach.

Jennie added: "As we've established, I'm a right chatterbox, and that community is in that port, and that is where I would go to, most of the time."
She decided not to put an offer and would like to talk to her friends and do more research.
Eagle-eyed fans spotted Laura's reaction when she told Jennie that the apartment could be gone if she held back longer.
One said: "Laura looks so p*ssed off."
A second joked: "They cut out all the times Laura says 'for f***s sake' to camera…"
"There you go, total timewasters. You'd have guessed they'd have told her her budget was completely unrealistic for what she wanted," a third added.
