A British porn star who hasn’t shied away from plastic surgery in the past has revealed that there is one final procedure she would like to receive to achieve her ideal body.

Skyler McKay runs an OnlyFans account for private subscribers, and also films saucy content with leading adult industry production companies.

The Scot is so dedicated to her work that she even left her home country to pursue her dreams of becoming a porn star, after her company found out about her X-rated side hustle.

Now, appearing on E4 show Send Nudes:Body SOS, the adult performer opened up about the possibility of getting the one procedure that she thinks will add a finishing touch to her curvaceous figure.

Introducing herself, Skyler said: “I’m a porn star and I absolutely love what I do. I get to film with lots of really interesting people, and I get to live out all those fantasies and fetishes people wish they could do.

“It’s so important to stay porn star hot; nowadays you can change anything you want. I’ve had botox in my forehead, in my jaw… I think my entire face has got some kind of chemical in there.”

Despite this, the adult performer admitted that there was one feature of her body she wasn’t yet satisfied with – her bum.

And, presented with a naked avatar of herself on the show, Skyler winced at seeing how her backside appears to others.

“Gross, I can’t even look at that, it’s so horrible,” she said, while covering her eyes. “It’s so flat.

“My bottom looks like a flat pancake bum, not nice. I want it to be round and juicy, and no matter how much I eat or how much I do at the gym, I just can’t seem to get that silhouette.”

And, with her adult career so reliant on her rear, Skyler explained that she had been worried how any possible surgery she could receive might affect her ability to perform on camera.

The 32 year-old was then shown a nude avatar of how her body could look if she opted for surgery, with Dr Sherif Wakil describing how a procedure that uses fillers instead of implants could work.

And, after being warned of the possibility of a painful-sounding “rupture” if she went any bigger than this option, Skyler decided that filler was the best option for her slight figure.

“I can’t wait to get the results and share with the world my new bubble-licious butt,” she added.
