Strictly Come Dancing star AJ Odudu and partner Kai Widdrington have fuelled their romance rumours even further as sounds picked up on their mics have been released. Each week the contestants wear a microphone when they are dancing and can often be heard speaking to one another during their dances. This week, AJ was heard calling Kai “baby” as she apologised for slipping during their performance.
Rumours of their relationship have been swirling from the very early stages of the competition, with viewers picking up on small details about their relationship.
On Saturday night, the pair performed the Paso Doble to Ruelles’ Game of Survival and landed at the bottom of the leaderboard.
During the beginning of their performance, AJ slipped on her dress in front of the judges and so they were given a score of 28 out of a possible 40.
In subtitled footage released by the BBC Strictly Twitter account, Kai told AJ, “well done,” to which she responded: “Sorry, baby.”

Speaking on her slip, she took to her Twitter account and told her fans: “Gutted about the cheeky little slip on my dress during our Paso tonight, but I tried my best & we keep going. Ole.”
This isn’t the first time the pair have been heard whispering charming words to one another.
Kai was heard telling AJ: “I love you, I love you so much,” after their American Smooth.
Fans were also adamant the pair snuck in a kiss at the end of their Argentine Tango.
AJ has also insisted “nothing will top” the first time she met Kai, and they started dancing together.
Appearing on The One Show, host Harry Judd asked AJ what the highlight for her had been so far, to which she replied: “Nothing will ever top meeting Kai for the first time.
“Getting on like a house on fire and coming out on the Strictly Ballroom doing the Jive, I was so shocked with everyone’s positive comments like there’s no feeling like it, it was amazing.”
AJ and Kai previously address the romance speculation with Rylan Clark on It Takes Two, with Kai taking the lead.

He told Rylan if they managed to make viewers think they were romantically involved, then they achieved their aim with their performance.
AJ didn’t comment on the romance rumours, but she was sat grinning from ear to ear as Kai addressed their spark on the dance floor.
Speaking to Claudia Winkleman about their performance on Saturday night, AJ said: “Genuinely, there’s no easy dance.
“That’s what I have learnt, and we always plough through the week, Kai does such a great job at making me dance outside of my comfort zone.
“And I really am proud of the beauty that comes from all of our struggles throughout the week, to be honest.
“I think someone put fairy liquid on the floor tonight, it was a bit slippy,” she joked.
“I just really hope that my mum sat in the audience and my best mate Emma and everyone at home, I really hope you enjoyed it.”
Strictly Come Dancing returns Saturday at 6.35pm.
