Alison Hammond returned to This Morning to present a segment on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! which she appeared on back in 2010.  At the end of the round-up, the show’s roving reporter decided to use the time to open up about something with Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby’s help as she told viewers: “I’ve found out I’m pre-diabetic.”

Allison joked about the healthy snacks she’d been tucking into this morning before explaining why she had changed her snacking habits.

Turning to Phillip and Holly, she said: “I have had some news, guys, I am willing to share if you’ve got the time?”

“I have found out that I am pre-diabetic, so I really need your help, and I have got to change my ways.”

She urged viewers to stop her from “buying chocolate or sweets” if they saw her out and about.
